THE PROGRESS CO.
Welcome to The Progress Co:
A behaviour change and psychology consultancy by Emma Clark-Norris — human progress specialist.
Driven by a deep understanding of human nature, I transform insights into actionable strategies that help up-and-coming individuals and organisations get ‘unstuck.’ If you’re sick of management consulting jargon, boring psychobabble and AI slop and are ready for simple-yet-searingly-effective ideas that make you say “Wow, I never thought of it like that before!”... you’re in the right place.
MY APPROACH
With over 15 years experience in the humanities, I combine creativity, empathy and evidence-based solutions to find bespoke solutions to complex human problems. My signature Progress framework blends the scientific method with the design thinking process to rapidly achieve progress.
Here’s what this looks like:
01
OBSERVE
The environmental, social and behavioural factors contributing to your inertia.
02
DEFINE
The ‘problem’ in a clear, succinct statement.
03
Hypothesise
Which lever is going to have the biggest impact on the presenting situation.
04
Ideate
Creative, out-of-the-box solutions to move forward.
05
Experiment & REFINE
Test it out with an ‘MVP’ collect data and iterate as needed.
